Initial Consultations (60-90 min)
Our first session is a comprehensive discussion about your health history, lifestyle, and your current wellness goals. I may suggest certain labs or tests that could provide additional information about your overall health. Please note that these recommendations are intended to gather more data and are not meant to diagnose or treat any medical conditions; they are simply tools to help us better understand your current state of well-being and provide more targeted support. Based on the information gathered, I'll work with you to create a wellness plan that incorporates various natural approaches.

Followup Consultations (30-60 min)
Monitoring your progress is an essential part of our collaboration. Throughout our sessions, we will continue to evaluate your well-being and assess how the recommended approaches are aligning with your goals. We encourage open discussions about your experiences and can make necessary adjustments to your wellness plan. It's important to remember that progress is a journey, and everyone's path is unique. Your commitment and active participation in implementing the suggested strategies will greatly influence the outcomes. Together, we'll work towards optimizing your overall well-being and ensuring you feel supported along the way. Initially, we may schedule sessions more frequently, to ensure we establish a solid foundation. As you progress and become more comfortable with the process, we can adjust the frequency to meet your evolving needs.
