We will explore your environment in detail and identify areas which are positively impacting your health, and which ones we may need to shed light on and revise. Lifestyle topics we may emphasize are mental health, sexual health, sleep, and stress management.

Dream Analysis

On average, we dream for about 6 years over the course of a lifetime — we believe, for a purpose. Dreams hold valuable insights into a person's subconscious mind, emotions, and inner conflicts, which can profoundly impact their well-being. We do not use dream dictionaries, but teach those interested in this tool to learn to interpret their own dreams. Dream analysis is a powerful tool for understanding and addressing the root causes of physical and psychological ailments.
